Committee Descriptions

Business & Finance

Responsible for annual budget process, financial management, contract compliance, annual audit, investment income, insurance and equipment. Meetings are held the last Wednesday of the month at 5:00pm in the NeighborWorks® Pocatello conference room.

Community & Government Relations

Promotes partnerships between community and government to meet community needs. Provides a networking forum for neighborhood associations. Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of the month at 12:00 pm in the NeighborWorks® Pocatello conference room.

Loan Committee

Develops and markets loan products. Approves loans according to the guidelines and procedures. Assures compliance with standard lending operating procedures. Ensures proceedings are kept in strict confidence. Meetings are held every other Tuesday at 4:00 pm in the NeighborWorks® Pocatello conference room.

Personnel Committee

Reviews general personnel management, including but not limited to personnel policies and procedures, organizational structure, and salary and benefit structure. Meetings are called on a special session need.

Real Estate Committee

Provides expertise for Real Estate projects developed in NeighborWorks® Pocatello neighborhoods. Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10:00 am in the NeighborWorks® Pocatello conference room.

Resource Development

Responsible for resources in areas of volunteering, fundraising, and public image. Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of the month at 5:15 pm. Meeting locations vary, please contact Mark Dahlquist at (208)232-9468 for details.
