Services
NeighborWorks® Pocatello is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that revitalizes central neighborhoods of Pocatello, ID. We revitalize neighborhoods in various ways, including constructing and selling brand new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, down payment and closing cost assistance, rehabilitation loans for existing homeowners, homebuyer education, credit counseling (including foreclosure mitigation and reverse mortgage counseling), a lawn and garden tool lending system and we promote community building and neighborhood organizing.

Our Neighborhoods
NeighborWorks® Pocatello’ understands the importance of vibrant neighborhoods. As such, we do everything we can to promote resident engagement – especially within the six centrally located neighborhoods of Pocatello. Although NeighborWorks has built several brand-new homes in the older, centrally located neighborhoods of Pocatello and offers resources to help people fix up and maintain their homes, it truly takes grass roots efforts from residents themselves to be the driving force for positive change. NeighborWorks promotes and facilitates neighborhood management by devoting staff support, training and resources so residents can make their very own neighborhoods become neighborhoods of choice.
